We are looking for a Business Development Representative/Account Based Marketer eager to play a critical role in this growth. The role will work with marketing and sales to research, prospect and qualify new logo opportunities.

Position Summary

  • Break into new companies and new markets, by engaging with prospects using a multi-channel, account-based approach with the goal of building relationships and driving brand awareness for targeted verticals.
  • Research accounts to determine how Stratix can provide them value and then execute on making outbound dials, sending personalized emails, and leveraging social selling.
  • Work in partnership with marketing and sales to create account strategies, vertical plans, and successfully create new business opportunities.
  • Conduct phone-based account research and lead generation, 50+ outbound calls/day.
  • Contact prospects to engage in conversations designed to discover sales opportunities.
  • Provide consistent, concise and accurate internal and external communications.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and weekly training sessions.
  • Work collaboratively with sales to compile data and enable weekly and monthly results for reporting. Deliver account research and analysis to drive ABM strategies.
  • Partner with campaign managers, sales, and SDRs to build integrated campaign motions.
  • Partner closely with SDR and sales teams to ensure strong marketing and sales alignment.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly goal for generating new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline.
  • Become a master of Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and various other systems for workflow execution.

You must be adept at managing your time effectively and prepare in advance of calls and meetings so that you can be completely focused on the person you are speaking with.

Key Skills

  • You have completed a four-year college degree with a high GPA or have comparable, continuous work experience.
  • You have an impressive track record in your academic and work history.
  • You have been in a fast-paced working environment and know how to pick-up tech tools quickly.
  • Proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking.
  • You enjoy and have experience presenting or communicating in a professional environment.
  • You know how to write effective emails and engage professionally across all channels (phone, video, written).
  • You are not afraid to pick up the phone or walk up to a stranger.
  • You enjoy building professional relationships and always look for opportunities to make more contacts.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • CRM/marketing automation background, preferably Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Experience with ABM tools (Terminus) preferred.
  • Ability to use Asana for project management.
